A Quick Note on Returns
Due to the intimate nature of waist beads and body jewelry, all sales are final. This ensures every customer receives a brand new, unworn piece made with intention.

Custom Pieces
Custom waist beads are created specifically for you, your size, your style, your vision. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to take your time when selecting your measurements and design details, we want it to feel just right.

Finding Your Perfect Fit

Wear & Care
Waist beads are delicate and meant to move with you. Natural wear, daily movement, or tension can cause breakage over time, which is part of the experience of wearing them. For that reason, we’re unable to replace items once they’ve been worn.

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you experience delays, loss, or delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
