Shipping Policy

At Get Waisted, each piece is handled with care and intention before it makes its way to you. Thank you for your patience as we prepare your order.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order is on the way


Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Please note that delays may occur due to the carrier


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Get Waisted is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Get Waisted is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery delays

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist with the process, if necessary

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and item

We’ll review and make it right where applicable.
