each booking is an intentional experience designed to connect you to your body and your personal style. Please review the following before scheduling. Booking & Confirmation All appointments must be booked in advance through our website. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured Please ensure all information is entered correctly at the time of booking Deposits & Payments A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable Remaining balances (if applicable) are due prior to or at the time of your appointment Rescheduling We understand that things come up. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation No Shows Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in: Loss of deposit or payment Requirement to book a new appointment at full cost Cancellations All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for rescheduling Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows Custom Waist Bead Appointments For custom fittings: Be prepared with your preferences and design ideas All custom pieces created during or after the appointment are final sale Client Responsibility By booking, you agree to: Arrive on time Communicate any changes in advance Respect the time and structure of the appointment Right to Refuse Service Get Waisted reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at our discretion if policies are not followed or if behavior is inappropriate.
